5-Course Meal + Cider Pairing at Blueberry Hill Inn

Make a Reservation

Join us at one of Vermont's most majestic locations for an evening of cider, food, and merriment. We will be celebrating the release of our new vintage of Lost and Found cider, (formerly called the 1840), made from foraged apples planted by homesteaders in the 1800s and early 1900s in the Champlain Valley.

This cider won a Good Food Award, presented by Alice Waters and Mark Bittman in January of this year.

Transportation will be provided from Middlebury for those who want it. 16 seat capacity.

Menu will be posted later this week.

Supper Club: October Edition - WAITING LIST

Hey y'all,

We bring you yet another feast on the first Tuesday of the month. Mr Adam Federman will be heading the kitchen, once again, and we'll be slow roasting more pork shoulder into delicious Bo Ssam and pairing it side by side with our Basque cider.

We'll bring along some juice from our first pressing this fall of the Lost Apple Project cider, so you can see what it tastes like in its non-fermented form. This year we're also very excited to be blending in some traditional heirloom English cider apples from Poverty Lane Orchards in New Hampshire - one of the few places in the country that has mature cider apple trees.

We're keeping the menu relatively consistent for September, October, November, so here's what's up:

- Homemade cocktail with hors d'oeuvres

- Bo ssam with bibb lettuce, kimchi, rice, and several dipping sauces, paired with the Basque cider

- Apple tarte tatin (Chef Adam's specialty)

We hope to see you there!
