We have a very exciting supper club in the works for 16 special guests. We're returning to our normal location at Colin's Barn in Shoreham, just across from Trade Winds Farm.
We'll be partnering up with Middlebury's new extraordinary coffee roasting and brewing shop, Cursive Coffee. They'll be preparing a special Sumatran pour over coffee that will be presented during the meal and espresso will be available afterwards.
Secondly, the amazing chef Adam Federman has returned from France and will be preparing the meal. What a treat!! Can't wait to see you. What to expect:
- Appetizers, paired with house cocktail and Classic cider
- Bo ssam (Korean-style, slow roasted pork shoulder), paired with a special Cursive Coffee brew and Basque cider
- Apple tarte tatin paired with Hereford cider + Cursive Coffee espresso
