LUNA

An electric alchemy of dry Basque cider from Spain blended with local Vermont La Crescent grapes. This cosmic wonder explores the edges of expectations for what defines cider and wine, in order to create a category that is otherworldly. Luna is bright but grounded with punchy acidity and balanced tannins. // ABV: 9.5% alc/vol.

TERRA

Terra is an earthy blend of wild apples, native aronia berries, and local Vermont red wine grapes, namely Frontenac Noir, Léon Millot and Baco Noir. Deep, dark and surprisingly complex, this rustic fruit wine is woodsy and floral with a touch of bright berry acidity that will warm you from the inside out. // ABV: 9.4% alc/vol.

ROSA

Rosa is a playful fusion of east meets west, where local Vermont apples mingle joyfully with Nero d’Avola grape skins from our friend Martha Stoumen in California. Together, they dance around the definition of cider and wine to create a colorful space uniquely their own. Rosa is lively, with fresh fruit flavors and soft spontaneous bubbles. // ABV: 7.6% alc/vol.
